A reference, not advice
SRS Report is an independent reference site on UK sustainability reporting: what an SRS report contains, who is in scope, and how to prepare — see about SRS Report.
It is not a consultancy practice, a software product or a regulated firm.
It holds no certifications, accreditations or regulatory authorisations.
Nothing on this site is professional, legal, accounting or audit advice.
It does not advise on your specific reporting obligations.
Accounts
There is no account on this site
This site has no sign-in, no registration and no member area, so there is nothing here to hold an account or accept terms on its behalf.
The account for everything in the network lives on uksrs.org.uk.
The terms that govern that account are the hub’s terms of service, and the hub’s privacy policy covers it.
What this site collects is set out in our privacy policy.
The account

These terms cover reading this site, which needs no account.
The account is made on uksrs.org.uk and is governed by the uksrs.org.uk terms of service; in short:
The account is optional. Nothing on these sites needs an account. Accounts are made and held on uksrs.org.uk, and the member app is free while it is in beta.
Acceptable use. Do not try to reach another member's data or any part of the service you have not been given, do not interfere with it, overload it or probe it for weaknesses, and do not use it to break the law or anyone's rights.
The agent's answers are not advice. The member agent's answers are information with citations. They are not legal, financial, accounting or other regulated or professional advice, and they must not be the only basis of a reporting or compliance decision.
Your figures are your responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of the figures you enter and the documents you upload, and for having the right to share them. Colleagues in your organisation can read what you add.
Suspension. We may suspend or close an account used to attack the service, to break these terms or to break the law, and we will tell you why unless the law or the safety of the service prevents it.
Deletion. You can delete your data, or your whole account, yourself at any time from Settings on uksrs.org.uk, without asking us.
Accuracy
Sourced, but check before you rely
We cite primary sources — legislation.gov.uk, GOV.UK, FCA publications, standard-setters’ own texts — and correct errors promptly.
Regulatory positions change, and a page is only as current as the date it was last verified.
Always check the primary source before relying on anything here for a decision, and use the contact page to report an inaccuracy.

You may read, link to and share this site’s content for your own reference.
You may not scrape, republish or represent this site’s content as your own, or misrepresent your relationship with SRS Report or Fractional Quest Ltd.
